I state that I have warmly welcomed the decision of our government to make official the day of celebration for March 17 for the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the union of Italy. I thought it was common sense prevailed in a dispute and appalling that ministers from An had for once freed from the blackmail alloy could finally all right and left, celebrate a national day unity in the country.
satisfaction has turned into disappointment when I learned that the Decree Law No. 5 of 2/22/2011 provides that the feast day of March 17 will replace the deleted festivities on November 4. What does this mean? That workers will receive one less day of paid leave or remuneration for 4 holiday suppressed, which in 2011 will be 3.
I could not believe it. From this majority's business myself I could wait by the ministers of an well but where are the unions?
possible that with the ridiculous excuse of "does not impose additional burdens of public finance", the guardians of the rights of workers have accepted the penalty for those workers?
As a citizen, as an employee I am ashamed of our leadership.
